Our support plans are second to none. Our technicians are proficient in the software and hardware that we supply. Telephones are manned twenty-four hours, seven days a week, so you reach a human instead of an answering system. Internet updates are free after a limited time of service. We provide monthly invoicing for support so that you may change plans easily with 30 days notice. No limit to time or number of incidents per month.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT
We support all products 24/7 via our 800 toll free number. Our support programs do not include on-site expenses, transportation, lodging, training or re-training. Pricing is determined by size of system.

What is covered under software support?
Any software product developed by Innsight Systems is covered.

NOTE: Software support does not include training or re-training. Training packages are available for purchase. Please call our Sales Team 800-999-9084.

Preferred Support (monthly fee)

Standard Support (monthly fee)

  • General support* (see description below)
  • Toll free daytime support telephone number
  • Software updates may be downloaded from our Updates page (click here) or a CD is available for a shipping and handling charge**

* Any emergency support calls will be added to your monthly bill
** Updates are available at no cost after 6 months of Standard Support or if you prepay 6 months of Standard Support (non-refundable)

Unit Package Support (Prepaid $400.00 fee)

  • You get 12 Support Units which do NOT expire
  • General support – a 30 minute support call equals 1 Unit
  • Emergency support – a 30 minute support call equals 2 Units
NOTE: ‘Time and material’ support option has been discontinued as of January 1, 2003.

Business Hours Only: Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CST, excluding weekends and holidays.

Assistance with:

  • Installation and configuration of Innsight Systems’ products on your computer
  • Innsight Systems’ software general operational questions, i.e.: ‘How to’ questions
  • Innsight Systems’ system malfunctions or critical data file system errors
  • Innsight Systems’ system setup and changes, i.e.: adding or changing room numbers, types, accounting codes, etc.
  • Re-installation of any Innsight Systems’ product due to a hardware crash or other like instance

Hours: Monday through Friday, 5:00 P.M. to 8:30 A.M. CST, including weekends and holidays.

Assistance with:

  • Emergency Innsight Systems’ system malfunctions or critical data file system errors
  • Re-installation of any Innsight Systems’ product due to a hardware crash or other like instance

HARDWARE SUPPORT
We support all products 24/7 via our 800 toll free telephone number. Our support programs do not include on site expenses, transportation, lodging, training or re-training. Pricing is determined by the size of the system including the network and must be purchased at time of delivery of new hardware.

  • Full Hardware Support
    The diagnosis of a hardware problem and the repair or replacement is provided on hardware purchased from Innsight Systems. Included in this is the labor by our technicians to replace, repair and/or configure the hardware at our offices.
  • Limited Hardware Support
    This covers the technicians tiime to determine the problem and the time to replace and diagnose the problem. Parts are not included in this support.
